All sessions are set up by appointment, and each session will have a specific outline of goals/activities prepared in advance.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY SERVICES
Reflexology therapies are natural therapeutic methods derived from this study based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map neurologically to other parts, glands, and organs of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology therapy can: relieve tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s efforts to function optimally.

REIKI SERVICES
Reiki revitalizes and accelerates physical and psychological healing. It may restore balance of vital energy in the body, clear energy blockages, detoxify the system, infuse the body with renewed vitality, and calm the mind and body to aid in reducing/eliminating stress and tension.
In-person sessions are perfect for clients who are trying Reiki for the first time, or looking for Reiki maintenance to continue a healthy lifestyle, or those wanting more support in a session. This is a hands-on (or hands above) the client as they lay, fully clothed, on a massage table to receive the Reiki energy. Clients will usually feel relaxed with a sense of peace. It is recommenced that a client try 3 – 4 sessions and re-assess how they feel.
The benefits are the same for those receiving Reiki in-person or through a Distant Healing session.
Reiki Session – $85.00 is a private, one-on-one, in-person for a 90-minute treatment session. Contact us for details, to confirm availability, and to schedule your Reiki sessions.
Distant Healing Reiki Session – $50.00 for a private 45-minute treatment session at a specified location (in a comfortable and quiet place where one won’t be disturbed). HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING SERVICES
Holistic Life Coaching helps to manage personal changes as well as physical and emotional transitions in order to bring balance and harmony into life. For individuals, couples and/or families.
